When I met Brian he said to me.. “Don't worry about anything, I will take care of everything. You just make sure that you are out of here in 2 weeks”. I have known Brian Wickersham now for over 20 years. I met Brian while working at one of my very first jobs in San Francisco where we were work colleagues. Brian had a steadfast work ethic then and it is amazing to see how his career path has changed and grown since then.
My husband and I were thinking about placing our house on the market. We decided to meet with a couple of realtors just to get a feel for what we could get for our house. Brian gave us a presentation that just blew all contenders out of the water! His presentation was well thought out, extremely organized and he really walked us through the process every step of the way, so we had no surprises.
When it came time to do the repairs on our house to get it ready to market, everything was seamless and the work was done not only quickly, but the attention to detail was spot on and very much appreciated by us. I would also like to mention that Brian was looking out for our budget as well, which was nice. He will take the cue from the seller about what you can spend in terms of fixes from being on a tighter budget, to a more open and flexible budget.
The other aspect I would like to mention is that Brian did not hand us off to an assistant. He was the one that contacted us, that met with us each time. Some realtors "hand you off," but not Brian. He is extremely honest, transparent, professional, and holds himself to a higher standard.
He marketed our home beautifully, met with our neighbors and introduced himself to them, had them over to see our house after it was ready to go on the market - each step was well done. He marketed our home so well, that we had over 200 people come through in the first hour on the first open house!
We had multiple offers and our house sold for over asking price. I know it was due to Brian's relentless hard work and the great team he hired to make our house market ready. We cannot thank Brian enough for all he did for us!

I recently sold my home in the Hayes Valley neighborhood of San Francisco. I went with a man I knew to be honest, kind, and hilarious. He ended up being exactly that and even more. Brian helped my daughter and I through every obstacle and quickly sold our home for well over asking price.

I needed to sell my family’s house in San Francisco. The house had it’s issues. Three generations of my family had lived there and the deferred maintenance showed.
